First Impressions

☆ VISUAL: A Lot. Tall (6'5") and thin with blue-violet hair that fades to pale yellow at the top and ends in a big curly ahoge. Eyes are bright green with cat-like pupils and permanent dark circles, and he has a goatee, pointy ears, and fangs. Looks to be ambiguously late thirties to early forties.
☆ FASHION: Also A Lot. Dresses mainly in white and pink, usually with a pink and white polka dot cravat, often with a cape and top hat, sometimes with pink striped types and poofy shorts. Lots of cutesy details like swirls on his cuffs and an ice cream cone handle on the umbrella he often carries around. Occasionally wears kimonos or anime T-shirts and has a bunch of what are presumably fandom-related charms on his phone, including some mechs and a dragonball.
☆ DEMEANOR: Draws entirely too much attention to himself and kind of dominates any scene he's in. Very showy and confident and often condescending, generally pretty cheerful (in an annoying way) and casual to the point of being flippant — but also just kind of gives off a vibe that says you should probably not mess with him.

☆ SCENT: Depending on when you catch him, like sugary cologne, jasmine bubble bath, or cheap spicy ramen.
