[ well since there's a bunch of people here, kon figures no harm in infosharing. makes it easier to spread the info if there's a handful of folks to talk to at once.

he rips a page out of one of his notebooks and just slaps it down where it can be read while they're stuck in the theater. somewhere it's lit, presumably.

It had some weird distortion. [ back to normal: ] But the stereotypical kind you'd expect from media. Distortion might have been because of it coming from our phones.

[chiming in from a few seats away as he waits his turn to read it.]

To be fair, some demons really do sound like that.

[ crinkling his nose ]

Yeah, maybe. The demonic voice was definitely legit, but the distortion could have been either or both.

Still, fucking awful. D called it a heathen and, honestly, not wrong.

It was the most hateful thing I've ever seen or heard. And I've seen some shit.

How did it attack you, exactly?

There was a tentacle controlling it, so it moved really fast, we got a few hits on it, but it just would not stop.

… Yeah, it could’ve been a shapeshifting octopus. Zag and I ran into one in the Aquarium on Tuesday. It kept turning into people we know, and made us do a dancing game where if we failed the people we knew got hurt.
